SNMail provides virtual mailbox services, including mail receipt, notification, storage, and optional forwarding services.

Eligibility & Registration: Customers must: Be at least 18 years old Complete USPS Form 1583. Form 1583 to be completed and notarized. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if requirements are not met.

Mail Handling: Mail is processed and logged upon receipt Customers are notified after processing We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Mail Storage: Mail will be held for a reasonable period Long-term storage may result in additional fees Unclaimed mail may be returned or discarded after notice.

Mail Forwarding: Forwarding is available upon request Additional fees and shipping costs apply SNMail is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once forwarded

Prohibited Use: You may not use SNMail for: Illegal activities - Fraudulent business practices Receiving hazardous or restricted items -Violation may result in immediate termination of service.

Payments & Fees: All services must be prepaid Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated Pricing is subject to change with notice

Limitation of Liability SNMail is not liable for: Lost, stolen, or damaged mail Carrier delays Indirect or incidental damages

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
