Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled with 7 days' notice. Excessive cancellations will not be accommodated, and all sales are final with no refunds.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm which fingerprint format or card is required by their requesting agency. Heartline Health LLC is not liable for the rejection of fingerprint cards by third-party entities.
Drug Screening Services: Instant drug tests are screening tools only and are not intended for official medical or legal interpretation unless specified in writing. Clients are responsible for confirming whether the test meets their employer or agency’s requirements.
Mailing Services: When clients request mailing of fingerprint cards or documents, Heartline Health LLC provides USPS tracking as a courtesy. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or rejected items once mailed.
I-9 Verification & Notary Services: While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Heartline Health LLC assumes no responsibility for errors due to incomplete or inaccurate documents presented by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to review all requirements before submission to their employer or agency.
CPR Training: Certification courses are offered through approved organizations (e.g., AHA, Red Cross). Heartline Health LLC does not guarantee certification acceptance by all employers or institutions. Please verify requirements before enrollment.
Limitation of Liability: By using our services, you agree that Heartline Health LLC and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the failure of third-party acceptance.
